摘  要:"模块化建造"是AP1000核电技术提出的重要理念,可以有效缩短建设工期。在AP1000依托项目钢制安全壳的建造过程中,受设计、制造、施工进度等各方面的影响,部分施工在核岛完成,对安全、质量、进度均产生了一定程度的影响。文章根据依托项目钢制安全壳的建造实践,从设计、车间预制及现场安装三个方面总结优化建议,提高模块化建造水平,同时对节约的工期进行了量化分析。"Modular construction"is an important concept proposed by AP1000 nuclear power technology,which can effectively shorten the construction period.During the construction of steel containment vessel of AP1000 supporting project,due to the influence of design,manufacture and construction progress,some construction was completed in the nuclear island,which has a certain impact on the safety,quality and progress.According to the construction practice of the steel containment vessel,the optimization measures are summarized from three aspects of design,workshop prefabrication and site installation to improve the level of modular construction,and the saved construction period is analyzed quantitatively.
