摘  要:抗凝冰剂是一种主要成分为氯化物、通过一定材料和技术手段进行包膜,形成特定粒径用来代替沥青混合料中部分集料或矿粉起到主动融冰雪的外加剂。掺加到沥青混合料中的抗凝冰改性剂需要具备冬季融雪化冰、夏季不流失的功能,目前国内同类产品缓释性能差,普遍缺乏长效性。为增加抗凝冰剂的长效性能,文章采用缓释剂对已完成适配组合的盐化物进行裹覆,通过氯离子含量快速测定仪,对其氯离子析出快慢及析出浓度进行研究分析,最终确定一种适合的缓释剂及其最佳稀释比例。Anti-icing agent is an admixture whose main component is chloride and is coated by certain materials and technical means to form a specific particle size to replace part of the aggregate or mineral powder in the asphalt mixture to actively melt ice and snow.The anticoagulant ice modifier added to asphalt mixture needs to have the function of melting snow and ice in winter and not losing in summer.At present,similar domestic products have poor sustained-release performance and generally lack of long-term effects.In order to increase the long-term performance of anticoagulant,the salinized compounds that have been adapted are coated with sustained-release agents,and the speed and concentration of chloride ions are studied and analyzed through the rapid determination of chloride ion content.Finally,a suitable sustained-release agent and its additive amount are determined.
