摘　　要：目的:对北京市静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的建设与发展情况进行数据分析,为全国其他省市PIVAS建设工作提供参考。方法:采用横断面研究设计,通过纸质问卷与电子问卷结合的方式,分别于2014年与2019年对北京市13家相关医疗机构PIVAS建设情况进行调研。采用描述性统计方法进行统计分析,并对两次调查的数据进行前后比较。统计分析均使用SPSS 20.0软件进行。结果:2014年和2019年参加调研的13家医院的人员组成从平均19人增加到27人,药师人数平均12人无变化。平均服务病区数从30个增长到43个,平均配置量从月均3.4万袋增长到4.9万袋。医嘱审核数量也有了显著增长。结论:近年来北京市医院PIVAS建设、人员、软件、硬件等各方面进行了较多投入,总体配置量、覆盖病区数量、医嘱审核量、以及调配药品类型等均有所增加,极大地缓解了临床的工作压力。但仍需要在自动化的体系建设方面进行更多规范与标准建立,以期为全国的PIVAS建设工作提供参考。OBJECTIVE To explore the construction and development of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)in Beijing and provide reference for PIVAS construction in other provinces and cities in China.METHODS A cross-sectional study was designed for exploring the construction of PIVAS at 13 medical institutions in Beijing by paper and electronic questionnaires in 2014 and 2019.Descriptive statistical method was utilized for statistical analysis of SPSS 20.0 software and the data of two surveys were compared. RESULTS The questionnaires of PIVAS were completed in 2014 and 2019.Personnel staffing increased from 19 to 27 on average and the number of pharmacists stayed at 12.The average number of service wards spiked from 30 to 43 and the average monthly allocation jumped from 34 000 to 49 000 bags.The number of prescription auditing increased dramatically. CONCLUSION Through this cross-sectional study,massive investment and great changes of PIVAs have occurred in construction,personnel,software and hardware,etc.Therefore overall configuration,number of service wards,auditing volume of medical advice and types of dispensed drugs have all expanded for greatly alleviating clinical work pressure.However,more norms and standards should be formulated for establishing an automated system to provide references for constructing PIVAS nationwide.
