摘 要:研究了添加Mn对双辊铸轧6061铝合金铸轧板中富铁相转变及力学性能的影响。结合热力学模拟、金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段分析6061铸轧板中富铁相转变及力学性能变化规律;利用室温拉伸试验机测试铸轧板力学性能。结果表明:当ω(Mn)=0.36%(质量分数)时6061铸轧板中富铁相完全由针状β-Al_(5)FeSi相转变为颗粒状α-Al_(12)(FeMn)3Si相,当ω(Mn)=0.54%时板材内部出现大量无规则块状与花瓣状α-Al_(15)(FeMn)_(3)Si_(2)相聚集,从而显著改善了铸轧板中富铁相形貌;当ω(Mn)=0.36%时,6061铸轧板力学性能最佳,此时抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为195.93 MPa、170.36 MPa和17.96%。The effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties of twin-roll casted 6061 aluminum alloy plates with Mn addition were investigated.The microstructure of 6061 cast-rolled plates were analyzed by thermodynamic simulation,optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The mechanical properties of 6061 cast-rolled plate with different Mn contents were tested using tensile tests.The results show that with the increase of Mn content of the 6061 cast-rolled plate,the iron-rich phase at the edge of 6061 cast-rolled plates is gradually transformed from acicularβ-Al_(5)FeSi phase to granularα-Al_(12)(FeMn)3Si phase,and a large number of irregular blocks and a petal-likeα-Al_(15)(FeMn)_(3)Si_(2)phase are aggregated in the core(ω(Mn)=0.54wt%);whenω(Mn)=0.36wt%,the mechanical properties of 6061 cast-rolled plate are the best.At this time,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of cast-rolled plates are 195.93 MPa,170.36 MPa and 17.96%,respectively.
