摘 要:针对目前铝型材生产过程需对铝棒进行两次加热致使加热能耗费用高的弊端,设计出一套全新的铝型材挤压前加热与均匀化热处理一次完成的铝棒加热工艺及设备。该工艺将两次加热变为一次加热,并且利用变频感应炉加热速度快的优势,将铝棒加热集中在晚间谷电低费用时段完成,铝棒加热能耗费用仅为传统加热工艺的1/3,不仅节能减排,还能大大降低铝型材生产成本,社会效益和经济效益极其巨大。In view of the disadvantages of heating the aluminum rod twice in the current production process of aluminum profile,which leads to high energy consumption,a new set of aluminum rod heating technology and equipment is designed,which is complet⁃ed by heating the aluminum rod before extrusion and homogenizing heat treatment at one time.The process will be two heating into a heating,and using the advantage of variable frequency induction furnace heating speed,the aluminum bar heating is completed in the time interval of low cost of late-night valley electricity,the energy consumption of aluminum rod heating is only 1/3 of that of traditional heating process,Not only energy saving and emission reduction is obtained,but also the production cost of aluminum pro⁃files are greatly reduced,social benefits are extremely huge.
