6005A铝合金铸棒均匀化热处理工艺研究

摘　　要：利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等检测方法对目前的6005A铝合金铸棒均匀化热处理工艺效果进行评价,并提出了改进方向,最终确定采用空冷+强风冷+水冷的三级冷却方式以及延长第二级均匀化时间的新工艺。结果表明:新工艺下铸棒中心部位枝晶网络的消除更为彻底、AlFeSi相转变程度更大,相比原工艺处理效果大大提高。By means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,the effect of homogenization heat treatment pro⁃cess of 6005A aluminum alloy cast bar is evaluated,and the improvement direction is put forward.The new process of air cooling+strong wind cooling+water cooling and the prolonged second homogenization time are adopted.The results show that the dendrite network in the center of the bar is eliminated more thoroughly,the phase transformation degree of AlFeSi phase is greater,which greatly improves the treatment effect compared with the original process.
