摘 要:铝加工废乳液主要产生于铝材的热轧和冷轧生产过程中,其成分复杂、排放量大。废乳液的处理方法及处理效果直接关系到破乳后续工艺废水的处理难度。使用化学药剂破乳法处理乳液可使废乳液的处理工艺上一个新的台阶:破乳后的废水COD (化学需氧量)下降了约90%,并且破乳后的残渣也能使用污泥干化设备进行干化。本文就废乳液的处理工艺进行探索,以求达到良好的废乳液处理效果。Aluminum processing waste emulsion is mainly produced in the hot and cold rolling production of aluminum,the composi⁃tion is complicated,emissions load is large.The different treatment methods of waste emulsion are directly related to the difficulty of the subsequent treatment of demulsifying waste water.The emulsion was treated with chemical demulsification,the treatment technol⁃ogy of waste emulsion has reached a new level:after demulsification,COD in waste water decreased by about 90%,the residue after demulsification can also be dried by sludge drying equipment.In this paper,the treatment technology of waste emulsion was discussed in order to achieve a good effect of waste emulsion treatment.
