摘　　要：目的评价鞍山市急性迟缓性麻痹(Acute Flaccid Paralysis,简称"AFP")监测系统质量,为制定鞍山市脊灰防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2012-2019年鞍山市AFP病例进行分析,对AFP监测系统进行评价。AFP监测数据来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统,采用SPSS18.0统计软件进行数据分析,采用χ^(2)检验进行率的比较,检验水准α=0.01。结果2012-2019年鞍山市共报告AFP病例109例,经辽宁省AFP病例专家诊断小组最后分类,11例为非AFP病例,98例为AFP病例。AFP病例报告发病率在1.97/10万~5.07/10万之间,平均为3.44/10万。双份合格便标本采集率89.80%,便标本7 d内送达率和分离结果28 d内反馈率为100.00%,75 d随访表及时送达率为97.94%。结论2012-2019年鞍山市AFP监测系统整体运转良好,监测敏感性较高,但AFP诊断能力、首诊报告率、合格便标本采集率、脊灰疫苗加强接种率等环节还需提高。Objective In order to evaluate the quality of(Acute Flaccid Paralysis)AFP monitoring system in Anshan City,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating poliomyelitis control measures in Anshan.Methods The AFP cases in Anshan from 2012 to 2019 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method,and the AFP monitoring system was evaluated.AFP monitoring data were extracted from the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System.SPSS18.0 software was used for data analysis,andχ^(2) test was used to compare the rates,with the test level ofα=0.01.Results A total of 109 AFP cases were reported in Anshan from 2012 to 2019.According to the final classification by AFP expert diagnosis group in Liaoning Province,11 cases were non AFP cases and 98 cases were AFP cases.The incidence rate of reported AFP cases was between 1.97/105 and 5.07/105,3.44/105 in average.The collection rate of qualified stool samples was 89.80%.The delivery rate of stool samples within 7 days and the feedback rate of separation results within 28 days were 100.00%.The timely delivery rate of 75-day follow-up form was97.94%.Conclusion From 2012 to 2019,the AFP monitoring system in Anshan city is in good operation,with high monitoring sensitivity.However,the AFP diagnosis ability,the first diagnosis report rate,the collection rate of qualified stool samples,and the strengthened vaccination rate of poliomyelitis vaccine need to be further improved.
