摘  要:通过扫描电子显微镜,观察了14个牡丹亚组间远缘杂交品种的花粉形态特征。结果表明:相同居群或相同品种群母本或父本的亚组间远缘杂交后代的花粉外壁纹饰均不相同,偏父或偏母的特性没有一定的规律性,父母本花粉外壁纹饰的遗传力表现各不同。探究父母本的遗传性,还需通过大量的试验材料来探索花粉外壁纹饰与父母本的遗传关系,并结合形态学、分子学等共同研究。同时,14个亚组间远缘杂交品种中唯独“海的女儿”异常花粉很少且能正常结实,是否是亚组间远缘杂交诱导了孤雌生殖,使其表现可育性,具体原因还需进一步的探究。The pollen morphological characteristics of 14 interspecific hybridization cultivars of Paeonia were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that:the offsprings of distant hybrids between subgroups from cohabiting group or the same breed group of female parent or male parent had different exine sculpture,and there was no certain regularity in the characteristics of partial father or partial mother,and the genetic performance of the parents on exine sculpture was different.Therefore,it is necessary to use a large amount of experimental materials to explore the genetic relationship between the exine sculpture of the pollen and the parents,and combine morphology and molecular research to explore heritability.At the same time,among the 14 new varieties of distant hybridization between subgroups,only the‘Daughter of the Sea’has very few abnormal pollen and can produce normal fruit.Whether it is the distant hybridization of subgroups that induces parthenogenesis and makes it fertile.The specific reasons need to be further explored.
