摘　　要：对某炼化企业机组在进行润滑油联锁试验时,备用润滑油泵虽然可以启动,但润滑油压力下降过快,造成机组停车,联锁试验失败。对试验失败的原因进行了分析,并在润滑油系统中加装气囊式蓄能器,延缓润滑油压力下降的速度,从而防止机组因润滑油压力低联锁停车。During the lubricating oil interlocking test of a refining and chemical enterprise unit,although the standby lubricating oil pump could be started,the lubricating oil pressure dropped too fast,causing the unit to stop and fail the interlocking test.The reasons for the failure of the test were analyzed,and a bladder-type accumulator was added to the lubricating oil system to delay the speed of lubricating oil pressure drop,thereby preventing the unit from interlocking and stopping due to low lubricating oil pressure.
