摘　　要：通过化学成分、金相分析、断口分析等手段对某压缩机润滑油管断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:润滑油管接管处存在加工缺陷,在流体诱导的双向振动下,使管道疲劳断裂。By means of chemical composition,metallographic analysis and fracture analysis,failure analysis of lubricating oil pipe of a compressor was carried out.The results showed that there were machining defects at the connecting pipe of lubricating oil pipe,which made the pipe fatigue fracture under the bidirectional vibration induced by fluid.
