摘 要:针对辐射空调在运行时出现结露现象的问题,为提升辐射空调系统的供冷能力,延后防结露控制启动时间,采用试验研究的方法,对辐射板表面结露区域进行分析,并在板表面最易结露区域进行结露过程试验,确定结露发生时刻的状态点,在此基础上进一步探讨过冷度与结露延迟时间随影响因子变化的动态变化特性及二者关系。研究结果表明:结露区域的范围受热源、湿源及辐射板盘管分布情况的影响,辐射板表面的结露是一个缓慢的过程;当因室内温湿度增加时,改变了分子动能,增加了水分子含量,过冷度并不能直接决定延迟时间的长短;深入分析试验数据,得到各影响因子变化时过冷度、延迟时间的动态变化特性,为有效提高辐射空调系统的供冷能力提供技术依据。For the problem of dew condensation phenomenon occurring during the operation of the radiant air conditioning system,in order to improve the cooling capacity of the radiant air-conditioning system and delay the start-up time of anti-condensation control,the dew condensation area of the radiant panel was studied by experimental research method.The condensation process experiment was carried out in the area where condensation is most likely to occur on the surface of the panel,and the state point at the moment of condensation was determined.Based on this,the dynamic change characteristics of subcooling degree and dew condensation delay time with the change of influencing factors and the relationship between the two was further analyzed.The results show that the range of the dew condensation area was affected by the distribution of heat sources,moisture sources,and radiating panel coils.Condensation on the surface of the radiant panel was a slow process.When the indoor temperature and humidity increased,the molecular kinetic energy was changed,and the content of water molecules was increased.The degree of subcooling cannot directly determine the length of the delay time.By in-depth analysis of the experimental data,the dynamic change characteristics of the subcooling degree and delay time were obtained during the change of various factors.This study provides a technical support for effectively improving the cooling capacity of radiant air conditioning system.
