张文高教授治疗妇人脏躁心悸的体会

摘　　要：妇人脏躁(围绝经期综合征)以心神不宁、心慌、胸闷、悲伤欲哭、恍惚、怠倦等为多见症候。心主情志活动,七情出现问题皆与心有关,故为心病。七七肾气渐衰,天癸渐衰竭,冲任脉亏虚,精血不足,心脉空虚,血不养心,心肝肾脏腑功能失调。张文高教授在临证中指出妇人脏躁心悸的患者病位在心,与肝、肾密切相关,认为妇人脏躁心悸发生的根本是由于脏腑的功能失调导致。其次,气血阴阳虚损也影响该病。文中通过在临床辨证诊治妇人脏躁心悸患者,并结合临床典型医案分析,总结并继承和掌握名老中医诊疗思路和经验。Common symptoms for female Zangzao(perimenopausal syndromes)are restlessness,palpitation,chest tightness,trance,sadness,crying and tiredness in females.The heart governs emotional activities,and the seven emotions are all related to the heart,so it is heart disease in TCM theory.Kidney qi is gradually declining,Tiangui is gradually failing,Chong Ren pulse is deficient,essence and blood is insufficient,heart pulse is empty,blood is not nourishing,heart,liver and kidney function are out of balance.Professor Zhang Wengao pointed out that the disease of Palpitation patients with perimenopausal syndrome is in the heart and is closely related to the liver and kidney.Secondly,beficiency of Qi,blood,yin and Yang also affecs the disease.In this paper,through the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Palpitation patients with perimenopausal syndrome,combined with the analysis of typical clinical medical records.This article summarizes and inherits and masters the diagnosis and treatment ideas and experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors.
