气滞血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕大鼠病证结合模型的建立

摘　　要：目的探索气滞血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕大鼠病证结合模型的建立方法。方法将50只SD雌性大鼠按随机数字表法随机分为5组,分别为空白组、空白手术组、夹尾组、禁食水组、复合造模组。注射金黄色葡萄球菌制作输卵管炎性不孕模型,夹尾组给予夹尾、禁食水组给予禁食水、复合造模组给予夹尾+禁食水+声光电刺激复制气滞血瘀模型,观察造模后大鼠一般状态,受孕率及血流变指标。结果各模型组大鼠耳色、爪色出现不同程度的血瘀状态,夹尾组、复合造模组的全血黏度指标均有不同程度上升。夹尾组全血黏度低切、中切与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),复合造模组全血黏度低切、中切、高切与空白组、禁食水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。刚性指数:禁食水组与空白组比较明显升高(P<0.01),复合造模组与空白组及夹尾组比较均有明显升高(P<0.01),聚集指数:夹尾组红细胞聚集指数与空白组比较明显升高(P<0.01),复合模型组与空白组及夹尾组比较均明显升高(P<0.01)。结论采取复合刺激结合金黄色葡萄球菌注射可以成功建立气滞血瘀型输卵管炎性不孕大鼠模型。Objective To explore the method of establishing a model of combined disease and syndrome of infertility rats with qi stagnation and blood stasis type tubal inflammatory infertility,and to provide further research ideas for experimental research.Methods Fifty SD female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the random number table method.They were blank group,blank operation group,tail clip group,fasting water group,and compound model.Injecting Staphylococcus aureus to make a fallopian tube inflammatory infertility model,the tail clip group was given the tail clip,the fasting water group was given fasting water,and the composite model was given the tail clip+fasting water+sound and light stimulation to replicate the Qi stagnation and blood stasis model,Observe the general state of the rats after modeling,pregnancy rate and blood rheology indicators.Results The ear color and paw color of the model rats showed blood stasis,and the whole blood viscosity indexes of the clip-tail group and the composite model increased to varying degrees.There was a statistically significant difference in the low-cut,mid-cut,and blank group of whole blood viscosity between the tail-clamped group and the blank group(P<0.01),and the comparison of the low-cut,mid-cut,and high-cut whole blood viscosity of the composite model with the blank group and the fasting water group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Rigidity index:The fasting water group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.01),and the composite model was significantly higher than the blank group and the tail-clamping group(P<0.01).The aggregation index:red blood cells in the tail-clamping group.The aggregation index was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.01),and the composite model group was significantly higher than that of the blank group and the tail-clamping group(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined stimulation combined with Staphylococcus aureus injection can successfully establish a rat model of infertility wit
