摘  要:目的获得正常人人体中医红外成像特征(人体热结构)。方法利用红外成像中医检测系统对1668例正常体检人群进行红外成像检测,获得研究目标人群督任脉、三焦以及脏腑对应区域平均温度差(人体热结构)。采用SSPS 20.0统计学软件,分析研究正常人群人体热结构数据。结果获得目标人群人体热结构均值。结论通过研究首次采用非平衡态热力学理论,按照中医理论对人体正常热结构进行分析,发现正常人体热结构符合非平衡热力系统的耗散结构,中医术语"阴平阳秘"在红外成像检测中成为客观数据判定的方法。研究结果可为未来红外成像检测应用于中医临床和基础研究领域提供参考数据。Objective To obtain the infrared imaging features(thermal structure)of human body.Methods The infrared imaging TCM detection software was used to detect the infrared imaging of 1668 healthy people,and the average temperature difference(human thermal structure)of Du-Ren channels,triple energizer and viscera corresponding regions of the target population was obtained.Using SSPS20.0 software,the thermal structure data of normal people were analyzed.Results The mean thermal structure of the target population was obtained.Conclusion In this study,the non-equilibrium thermodynamic theory is used for the first time,and the normal thermal structure of human body is analyzed according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It is found that the thermal structure of normal human body conforms to the dissipative structure of non-equilibrium thermal system.The TCM term"Yin Ping Yang Mi"has become an objective data judgment method in infrared imaging detection.The results of this study provide reference data for clinical and basic research of infrared TCM in the future.
