乳通散外敷加通乳手法治疗急性乳腺炎初起气滞热壅型患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳通散外敷加通乳手法治疗急性乳腺炎初起的临床疗效。方法将纳入的96例急性乳腺炎初起气滞热壅型患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例,治疗组给予乳通散外敷配合通乳手法治疗,对照组给予单纯通乳手法治疗,共治疗3 d,治疗结束3 d后进行随访。观察治疗后两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后两组患者乳房疼痛、乳房肿块大小、乳汁排泄情况、皮肤发红范围评分并观察其治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后两组在乳房疼痛、乳房肿块大小、乳汁排泄情况、皮肤发红范围评分与本组治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后在乳房疼痛、乳房肿块大小、乳汁排泄情况、皮肤发红范围评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应,随访时两组患者均未出现脓肿。结论乳通散外敷加通乳手法治疗急性乳腺炎初起气滞热壅型患者疗效显著,且治疗方法安全,可有效预防乳房脓肿的形成。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Rutong Powder combined with massage in treating initial acute mastitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with acute mastitis onset of stagnation of qi and heat syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 48 cases.The treatment group was given Rutong powder external application combined with massage therapy,and the control group was given simple tongs The breast manipulation treatment was performed for a total of 3 days.Follow-up was performed 3 days after the treatment.Clinical efficacy of two groups were observed after treatment.Breast pain,breast lumps size,milk excretion,skin redness area of two groups were observed before and after treatment.Adverse reactions were observed during treatment.Results After treatment,breast pain,breast lumps size,milk excretion,and skin redness were significantly reduced in the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,breast pain,breast lumps size,Milk excretion and skin redness scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.The total clinical effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment,and no abscess formation occurred in the two groups during follow-up.Conclusion The external application of Rutong powder combine with massage in the treatment of patients with qi stagnation and heat syndrome onset of acute mastitis is effective.The treatment method is safe,which can effectively prevent breast abscess formation.
