基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗桥本甲状腺炎文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的基于Citespace软件对中医药治疗桥本甲状腺炎(HT)进行文献计量学分析。方法检索从建库至2019年月12月31日中国知网(CNKI)收录的中医药治疗HT的相关研究文献共347篇,运用Cite Space V5.6及Excel 2010对搜集的数据进行统计并绘制相关可视化图谱。结果从1990年至2019年期间相关文献发表量呈上升趋势,以近6年年均发文量显著;在纳入的125位作者中,共有35位核心作者,其中发文量前3位的分别是张兰、高天舒、杨宏杰;同时形成4个主要研究团队,依次以张兰、高天舒、陈如泉、何金森为核心;共纳入机构45所,其中发文量≥5篇的共有12所;通过关键词聚类分析得到7大主要研究热点。结论研究团队及跨地区机构间缺乏合作,研究热点主要集中在:HT中医的病名、病因、病机及治法拟方;中医药治疗HT的机制研究;中西医或艾药结合治疗HT。Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT)based on Citespace.Methods A total of 347 research literatures on the treatment of HT in traditional Chinese medicine included in the China Knowledge Network(CNKI)from the establishment of the database to December31,2019 were retrieved,and the collected data were counted and plotted using Cite Space V5.6 and Excel 2010 Relevant visualization atlas.Results From 1990 to 2019,the number of publications of related documents showed an upward trend,and the average annual number of publications in the past 6 years was significant.Among the 125 authors included,there were a total of 35 core authors,of which the top three publications were Zhang Lan,Gao Tianshu,and Yang Hongjie;4 main research teams are formed at the same time,with Zhang Lan,Gao Tianshu,Chen Ruquan,and He Jinsen as the core;a total of 45 institutions have been included,of which 12 have published more than 5 articles;clustered by keywords Seven major research hotspots are obtained through analysis.Conclusion There is a lack of cooperation between the research team and cross-regional institutions,and the research focuses on:1)the name,etiology,pathogenesis and prescription of HT in TCM;2)Mechanism of TCM treatment of HT;3)Traditional Chinese and western medicine or combination of moxibustion for treatment of HT.
