李怡教授老年病医案辨治经验浅析

摘　　要：老年病泛指人在老年阶段所患的与衰老有关,并且有自身特点的疾病。随着我国人口老龄化问题的日趋严重,临床诊治老年病患的压力亦将增大。李怡教授系北京医院中医科主任医师,在30年的临证过程中积累了比较丰富的老年病诊治经验,其临证思路和处方用药主要体现在:注重老年人的生理、病理、心理特点,倡导老年病证多元化的综合调治,讲究以虚为本、重脾顾胃,攻补兼施、药性平和,衷中参西、畅情达志。Geriatrics is refers to the people in old age associated with aging,and have their own characteristics.Along with our aging problem is increasingly aggravating,clinical diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients stress will also increase.Professor Li Yi,chief physician of Beijing hospital has accumulated rich experience of diagnosis and treatment of geriatrics diseases in 30 years.Professor Li Yi treating senile diseases:pay attention to the physiology and pathology and psychological characteristics of old people,advocating diversified comprehensive treatment,tonification and purgation in combination,attaches great importance to the spleen and stomach,attaches great importance to the emotional.
