基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类探析李维军治疗小儿遗尿用药规律

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)软件,探析李维军教授治疗小儿遗尿的处方用药规律。方法收集整理李维军教授治疗小儿遗尿的病历165例,录入"中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)",利用该软件的集成规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类、四气五味归经数据分析等方法,分析挖掘李维军教授治疗小儿遗尿的用药规律。结果对筛选出的165个处方进行数据分析,使用频次在30次以上的药物共有28味,使用频次前5位的分别是石菖蒲、陈皮、麸炒白术、当归、金樱子;常用的药物组合有:①陈皮、石菖蒲;②远志、石菖蒲;③陈皮、远志;④炙甘草、陈皮;⑤陈皮、升麻等。经过聚类算法分析,常用的药对包括:麸炒白术-山茱萸,当归-牡丹皮,麸炒白术-远志,麸炒白术-泽泻、桑螵蛸-远志等。基于复杂系统熵聚类的治疗小儿遗尿的核心组合主要有龙骨-山茱萸-桑螵蛸、麸炒白术-乌梅-桑螵蛸、栀子-桂枝-夏枯草、栀子-藿香-茵陈、苍术-厚朴-救必应、苍术-薏苡仁-白花蛇舌草、升麻-黄芪-炙甘草-炙黄芪、北柴胡-黄芪-炙甘草-炙黄芪。进一步基于熵层次聚类得到治疗小儿遗尿的新处方:①龙骨,山茱萸,桑螵蛸,麸炒白术,乌梅;②栀子,桂枝,夏枯草,藿香,茵陈;③苍术,厚朴,救必应,薏苡仁,白花蛇舌草;④升麻,黄芪,炙甘草,炙黄芪,北柴胡。四气统计分析发现温、平、寒位居前三;五味统计分析发现甘、辛、苦三味居前三;归经频次统计分析发现脾、肺、肾三脏居前三。结论李维军教授治疗小儿遗尿经验丰富,常以健脾、益肺、补肾、泄肝、醒神、固涩为法,临床疗效显著。Objective To analyze the rule of prescription drug used by Professor Li Weijun in the treatment of enuresis in children based on Chinese medicine transmission assistant system(V2.5)software.Methods A total of 165 cases of enuresis in children were collected.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance support system(V2.5)was input.The integrated rule analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,supervision of the entropy level clustering,four gas five flavors channel tropism by data analysis and other methods were used to analyze and mine the prescription rule of Professor Li Weijun’s treatment of enuresis in children.Results The data of 165 prescriptions were analyzed,the frequency of drug use and the association rule between drugs were extracted,eight core drug combinations were extracted,and four new recipients of enuresis in children were excavated and analyzed.Conclusions Professor Li Weijun’s experiences of the treatment of enuresis in children are rich,who tend to tonify spleen,nourish lung,reinforce kidney,clear liver,induce resuscitation and use astringent drugs.It obtains an significant clinical efficacy.
