同仁大活络丸治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价同仁大活络丸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法收集2019年3月—2020年8月于北京同仁堂中医医院、301医院风湿科门诊、中国中医科学院眼科医院骨科门诊3家社区服务中心门诊就诊的膝骨关节炎患者256例,均给予同仁大活络丸口服治疗,4周为1个疗程,连续治疗12周。记录试验前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、Lequesne评分。结果纳入256例患者经治疗后,患者VAS评分、WOMAC评分、Lequesne评分与治疗前相比显著降低(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;治疗4周、8周、12周时总有效率分别达到67.6%、93.3%、99.2%。结论同仁大活络丸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效明显,在减轻患者疼痛、僵硬以及活动能力方面均有很好效果,且安全性良好,未见明显不良反应。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Tongren Dahuoluo Pill on knee osteoarthritis.Methods From March 2019 to August 2020,256 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients who attended the outpatient clinics of 3 community service centers in Beijing Tongrentang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,301 Hospital Rheumatology Clinic,and Orthopedic Clinic of Eye Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Oral medication with Tongren Dahuoluo Pill lasted for 12 weeks.The treatment course was 4 weeks.VAS score,WOMAC score and Lequesne score were recorded before and after the experiment.Results After treatment of 256 patients,the VAS score,WOMAC score,and Lequesne score of the patients were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant;there were always cases at 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks.The efficiency reached 67.6%,93.3%and 99.2%respectively.Conclusion Tongren d Dahuoluo Pill has an obvious curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It has a good effect in alleviating pain,stiffness and mobility of patients.It is safe and no obvious adverse reactions.
