摘  要:通过拉伸和断裂试验,研究了热熔对接对中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)管力学性能和焊接裂纹的影响。拉伸试验表明,热熔对接对材料的屈服应力、Ramberg-Osgood应变硬化指数n等力学性能几乎没有影响;断裂试验结果表明,最大施加载荷时的J积分随a/W值的增大几乎呈线性增加,当0.2<a/W<0.4时,最大加载力与未开裂部分原始截面面积之比几乎与a/W值无关。Tension and fracture tests were carried out to study the effect of butt fusion welding technology on the mechanical properties and weld crack behavior of butt fusion welded medium density polyethylene(MDPE)pipes in this research.The tensile test indicates that the mechanics properties,such as yield stress and Ramberg-Osgood strain hardening exponent,n,were almost not affected by the butt fusion welding technology.The fracture test results show that the J-integral at the maximum applied load almost increased linearly with increase of the value of a/W and when 0.2<a/W<0.4,the ratio of the maximum applied load to the original cross-section area of the uncracked ligament was almost independent of the value of a/W.
