磁共振成像孕妇胎盘检查的护理方案

摘　　要：目的建立孕妇胎盘MRI检查的护理措施,以提高孕妇完成MRI检查的依从性和有效性。方法其中80例孕妇采取普通检查程序(为对照组),包括预约-准备-检查。80例孕妇采取改进的护理方案(为实验组),包括预约-宣教-答疑-准备-检查。数据资料进行描述性统计分析。结果实验组孕妇的检查时间明显少于对照组,均一次性成功完成检查。对照组中的6例出现喘憋,呕吐等症状,在护士安抚干预后,于第二次配合完成检查。2例因严重的恐惧幽闭症未完成MRI检查。结论健全的护理方案对孕妇MRI检查的依从性和有效性具有重要作用。Objective To establish nursing measures for placental MRI examination,so as to improve the compliance and effectiveness in pregnant women.Methods Among them,80 pregnant women took general examination procedures,including appointment-preparation-examination.Other 80 pregnant women took the improved nursing measures,including appointment-education-question-preparation-examination.We applied the method of descriptive statistical analysis for data.Results The examination time of pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group.And they were completed successfully in one time.In the control group,6 patients had asthma,vomiting and other symptoms.After the nurse for appeasing them,they completed the examination in the second cooperation.Two people were incarcerated due to serious fear.Conclusion A whole nursing program plays an important role in the compliance and effectiveness of MRI examination in pregnant women.
