摘 要:为了降低水库坝基帷幕灌浆工程造价,提高施工进度,对水库坝基帷幕灌浆用水泥粉煤灰混合浆液性能进行试验分析。通过对隘口水库所处的地址环境进行总结,对水库坝基帷幕灌浆用水泥粉煤灰混合浆液配比试验进行分析,确定合理的粉煤灰掺量和水胶比,并对其开展现场试验,对灌浆前后的压水试验透水率、耐久性、试验单元的注入量进行统计分析。结果表明:采用掺30%粉煤灰的浆液配比和灌注工艺均可满足设计防渗要求,而且能降低工程造价,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。In order to reduce the dam foundation curtain grouting project cost and improve the construction schedule,The performance of cement and fly ash mixed grout for dam foundation curtain grouting is analyzed.Through the summary of the address environment of the pass reservoir,the ratio test of cement and fly ash mixed grout for dam foundation curtain grouting was analyzed to determine reasonable fly ash content and water binder ratio,and to carry out field test on it,and the injection amount of water permeability durability test unit before and after grouting was analyzed statistically.The results show that the slurry ratio and pouring process mixed with 30%fly ash can meet the design requirements of anti-seepage,and can reduce the project cost,and has significant economic and social benefits.
