中国四大区域经济差异化评价及影响因素分析--基于Theil指数及面板数据模型

摘　　要：基于Theil指数及其分解指数对2008-2017年中国东部、东北部、中部、西部四大区域总体及分组经济差异进行测度,并选用面板数据模型对区域经济差异的影响因素进行研究。结果显示:(1)十年来中国总体及区域间经济差异呈弧形下降并在弧形末梢部分有小幅增长,而区域内经济差异基本稳定。(2)东西部仍是全国区域经济差异的重要来源区域,且东部有扩大倾向,西部近年来稳步下降,中部十年来仍处于低位,东北部2015-2016年陡峭式下降后接近中部水平;从各省来看,目前新疆、天津以及广东省面临着最为突出的经济差异问题。(3)政府干预、产业结构、对外贸易、人力资本及创新水平会对各区域经济差异产生不同的作用。Based on the Theil index and its decomposition index,this paper measures the overall and grouped economic differences of the four regions in 2008--2017,and studies the influencing factors of regional economic differences by using the individual fixed effect and individual random effect models.The results show that:(1)in the past ten years,China's overall and interregional economic differences have declined in an arc and increased slightly at the end of the arc,while the regional economic differences are basically stable.(2)The East and the West are still important sources of regional economic differences in China,and the East tends to expand.The West has declined steadily in recent years,and the central part has remained at a low level for ten years.The Northeast has declined steeply from 2015 to 2016,and then it is close to the central level.From the perspective of provinces,Xinjiang,Tianjin and Guangdong are facing the most prominent economic differences.(3)Government intervention,industrial structure,foreign trade,human resources and innovation level will have different effects on regional economic differences.Therefore,we should reasonably adjust and control the factors that affect the regional economic differences according to the specific situation of the regional economic differences,so as to achieve the coordinated development of the four regions.
