摘 要:电力电子负载非线性特性容易造成电网网侧电流畸变,会引发谐波污染。针对传统大功率整流变换器转化效率低、非线性负载能力不强、电流谐波高、功率因素低等一系列问题。提出一种新型脉宽调制(PWM)整流变换器控制方案,并对三相PWM整流变换器半桥主电路拓扑结构进行建模分析,建立旋转d,q坐标系数学模型,采用空间矢量PWM(SVPWM)方案使PWM整流变换器运行在高功率状态。在建模的基础上借助于Matlab软件进行仿真,仿真结果与理论分析一致。最后搭建了一套6 kW的高功率因数PWM整流器装置并进行测试,结果表明:三相高功率PWM整流变换器输出电压可以实时同步跟踪电网相电压及相电流,系统输出相电压相电流可实现与电网电压、电流同频同相并网;整流变换器在不同输出负载情况下功率因数接近于1,效率接近98%,输出电压对整个电网无谐波污染,可抑制非线性负载造成电网网侧电流发生畸变,具有工程参考价值。The nonlinear characteristic of power electron load is easy to cause current distortion at the side of power network,which will cause harmonic pollution.Aiming at a series of problems of traditional high power rectifier converter,such as low conversion efficiency,weak nonlinear load capacity,high current harmonic,low power factor,etc.A new pulse width modulation(PWM) rectifier converter control scheme is presented,and the topology structure of the halfbridge main circuit of the three-phase PWM rectifier converter is modeled and analyzed,a mathematical model of rotating d,q coordinate system is established,and the space vector PWM(SVPWM) scheme is adopted to make the PWM rectifier converter operate in a high power state.Simulation results are consistent with theoretical analysis.Finally,a 6 kW high power factor PWM rectifier is built and tested.The results show that the output voltage of the three-phase high power PWM rectifier converter can track the grid phase voltage and phase current synchronously in real time,and the output phase voltage and phase current of the system can be connected with the grid voltage and current in the same frequency and in the same phase.Under different output loads,the rectifier converter has a power factor close to 1,an efficiency close to 98%,output voltage is no harmonic pollution to the entire power grid.It can suppress the nonlinear load and cause the current distortion at the side of the power grid,which has an engineering reference value.
