摘  要:基于移相全桥脉宽调制(PSFB-PWM)变换器的开关特性、运行原理及拓扑结构,提出一种峰值电流无差拍数字控制算法。通过采样当前开关周期的输入电压、输出电压和电感峰值电流对下一个开关周期的有效占空比和丢失占空比进行预测,从而推导出跟踪周期的控制占空比。当电流发生扰动时,峰值电流实现了对参考值的无差拍跟踪,提高了电流的动态响应速度。其次,该算法通过合理简化后易于在数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片上实现,便于工程化应用。最后,通过软件仿真和实验验证了控制算法的正确性与可行性。A digital peak current dead-beat control algorithm is presented based on switching characteristics,operation principle,and topological structure of the phase-shifted full-bridge pulse width modulation(PSFB-PWM)converter.The algorithm predict the effective duty ratio and the loss of duty ratio in the next switching period by sampling the input voltage,output voltage,and inductor current in the current switching period,and then the control duty ratio of the tracking period is deduced.When the current perturbation occurs,the peak current realizes the dead-beat tracking of the reference,which improves the dynamic response speed of the inductor current.In addition,the control algorithm can be easily implemented by digital signal processor(DSP)chip after reasonable simplification and easy to apply in engineering.Finally,the simulation and experimental results are with the theoretical and demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm.
