梳棉机弹性盖板针布设计的分析与思考

摘　　要：介绍弹性盖板针布的梳针排列形式及尺寸参数。经过对现有梳棉机弹性盖板针布设计的分析,提出通过调整盖板针尖分布、前角角度及底布等设计思路,以提高国内弹性盖板针布的质量和适用性。The card wire spread pattern and the dimension parameter of a carding machine are introduced and analyzed.Accordingly,some ideas such adjusting the cover plate needle point distribution,the front angle degree and the base fabric are proposed,by which to improve the quality and applicability of domestic fillet flat clothing.
