生产性服务发展与制造业国际竞争力的提升——以皖江经济带为例

摘　　要：文章利用皖江经济带八个地级市2008-2016年数据,基于地区异质性角度从理论与实证两方面考察皖江经济带生产性服务业对制造业的影响效应。研究表明,皖江经济带生产性服务发展促进了制造业国际竞争力的提升,且技术与资本密集度越高的生产性服务对皖江经济带制造业发展的拉动作用越强;其次,从分地区样本来看,部分地级市制造业间存在过度竞争现象,且生产性服务发展对制造业国际竞争力提升的促进作用存在地区差异,具体表现为池州市促进作用最强,而芜湖市促进作用最弱。基于研究结论提出增加对区域生产性服务业的精准投入、适度扩大生产性服务进口与重视地区差异,促进协调发展等建议。Based on the data of eight prefecture-level cities in Wanjiang Economic Belt from 2008 to 2016,this paper studies the effects of producer services on manufacturing industry in Wanjiang Economic Belt from theoretical and empirical perspectives based on regional heterogeneity.The research shows that the development of productive services in Wanjiang Economic Belt promotes the improvement of the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry,and the more technology and capital intensive the productive services are,the stronger the driving effect is on the development of the manufacturing industry in Wanjiang Economic Belt.Secondly,from the perspective of regional samples,there is excessive competition among manufacturing industries in some prefecture-level cities,and there are regional differences in the promotion effect of productive service development on the improvement of international competitiveness of manufacturing industries.Specifically,Chizhou has the strongest promotion effect,while Wuhu has the weakest.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some feasible Suggestions,such as increasing the precision input of producer services in the region,moderately expanding the import of producer services,paying attention to regional differences,and promoting coordinated development.
