摘  要:针对盐酸催化制备的聚烷基硅氧烷水溶胶改性棉织物时存在强力损伤问题,分析了在不同pH值条件下聚甲基硅氧烷水溶胶粒径的增长规律及存储稳定性,并探讨了改性条件对棉织物断裂强力与疏水性的影响。结果表明:聚甲基硅氧烷水溶胶粒径随盐酸用量的增加逐渐增大,粒径随反应时间呈线性增长,盐酸体积分数为6 mL/L时的增长速率最大;聚甲基硅氧烷水溶胶在pH值为5~6时的存储稳定性最佳;制得要求尺寸的聚甲基硅氧烷水溶胶之后,将p H调整为6,对疏水效果无明显影响,还可显著减少棉纤维强力损伤。聚甲基硅氧烷水溶胶改性棉织物的最佳工艺条件为:甲基三甲氧基硅烷40 g/L、pH 6、轧余率100%、150℃焙烘5 min。Aiming at the problem of strength damage of polyalkylsiloxane hydrosol modified cotton fabric when hydrochloric acid is used as catalyst,the growth and storage stability of polymethylsiloxane hydrosol particle size under different pH values are analyzed,and the effects of modification conditions on the breaking strength and hydrophobicity of cotton fabrics are discussed.The results show that the particle size of the polymethylsiloxane hydrosol gradually increases with the increase of the amount of hydrochloric acid,and the particle size increases linearly with the reaction time,and the growth rate is the largest when the hydrochloric acid is 6 mL/L.The storage stability of the hydrosol is the best when p H value is 5~6.After the polymethylsiloxane hydrosol of the required size is prepared,the pH value is adjusted to 6,which has no obvious influence on the hydrophobic effect,and can significantly reduce the strength damage of the cotton fiber.The optimal modification conditions are methyl trimethoxysilane40 g/L,pH 6,pick-up 100%,baking at 150℃for 5 min.
