涤纶长丝经轴染色生产实践

摘　　要：参照纯棉短纤的生产方式,对涤纶长丝品种进行原纱松式整经和经轴染色加工。在松式整经中,通过加装静电消除装置和增加车间湿度,同时排查纱线通道,提高整经质量;在经轴染色中,先进行除油处理,再控制升温速率和延长保温时间来提高染色均匀性,同时进行柔软整理;浆纱时控制浆液的浓度和黏度。与筒子纱染色相比,经轴染色提升了产品质量,缩短了生产周期,并降低了生产成本。According to the production methods of pure cotton staple yarns,loose warping and beam dyeing of raw yarn of polyester filament are carried out.In loose warping,warping quality is improved by adding static electricity elimination device,increasing the humidity of the workshop,and checking processing channel.In beam dyeing,degreasing treatment is carried out first,and then heating rate and holding time are controlled to improve dyeing uniformity,and softening finishing is carried out at the same time.Concentration and viscosity of size are controlled during sizing.Compared with cheese dyeing,beam dyeing has the advantages of improving quality,shortening production cycle and reducing production cost.
