摘　　要：采用新型助剂和染料对传统涤棉工装面料染整工艺进行优化,开发了中温一步法前处理工艺、分散/活性染料一浴一步法染色工艺、低温树脂后整理工艺。生产实践表明,该工艺在保证面料成品质量的同时,缩短了工艺流程,减少了污染物排放。By using new auxiliaries and dyes,the pretreatment,dyeing and finishing processes of traditional polyester/cotton working-wear fabric are optimized.The one-step pretreatment process at medium temperature,one-bath-one-step dyeing process with disperse/reactive dyes and low temperature resin finishing process are developed.The factory production practice shows that the process shortens the process flow and reduces the pollutant emission while ensuring the quality of fabric products.
