低温清洗剂RY-322在涤纶针织物上的应用

摘　　要：采用低温清洗剂RY-322对涤纶针织物进行低温清洗,优化的清洗工艺为:低温清洗剂RY-322质量浓度2.5~3.0 g/L,烧碱1 g/L,70℃清洗20 min。与传统的保险粉清洗工艺比较,清洗剂RY-322的清洗效果等同或略优于传统的保险粉,且可降低清洗残液COD。Low temperature clearing agent RY-322 is used to clearing polyester knitted fabric.The optimized clearing process is low-temperature clearing agent RY-3222.5~3.0 g/L,caustic soda 1 g/L,clearing at 70℃for 20 min.Compared with the traditional clearing process,the clearing result of clearing agent RY-322 is equal to or slightly better than that of traditional sodium hydrosulfite,and it can reduce the COD of clearing residual liquid.
