摘 要:随着"窄马路、密路网"的城市道路布局理念在行政办公区、科技园区、高档社区等地的贯彻推广,形成了街口小间距,支路小流量的"宜居街区".频密的交叉支路必然增加道路的横向干扰;过小的转弯半径使交叉口视距严重不足,路口安全事故频发.文章拟提出一种适用于交叉频密路段的冲突消解策略,通过车辆和路侧设备间的实时信息交互,提高路段的通行能力与行车安全.总体介绍了冲突消解策略的逻辑框架,将其分成数据采集、环境感知、危险评估以及决策执行4部分,详细论述了冲突消解的逻辑算法,并通过仿真实验验证了提出的冲突消解策略的可靠性.文章提出的冲突消解策略弥补了小间距街区交叉口安全设计方面研究的不足,具有较强的实用特性,为从智慧交通层面解决"宜居街区"的交通安全问题提供了理论基础和可行方案.With the implementation and promotion of the“narrow roads and dense road networks”concept in administrative office areas,science and technology parks,high-end communities and other places,a“livable neighborhood”with small spacing between intersections and low traffic volume has been formed.Dense crossing roads will inevitably increase the roadway lateral interference;small turning radius result in an insufficient sight distance.Therefore,this paper proposes a conflict resolution strategy for crossing-intensive roads,which can improve the traffic capacity and driving safety of the crossing-intensive roads through real-time information exchange between vehicles and roadside equipment.This paper introduces the logical framework of conflict resolution strategy,which is divided into four parts:data collection,environment perception,risk assessment and decision execution.The logic algorithm of conflict resolution is discussed in detail,and the reliability of the proposed conflict resolution strategy is verified by simulation experiments.The conflict resolution strategy proposed in this paper makes up for the lack of research on the densely spaced intersections and has strong practical characteristics.It provides a theoretical basis and feasible scheme for solving the traffic safety problem of“livable neighborhoods”from the field of Intelligent Transportation.
