林震与刘世吾、韩常新精神性格新论——重读《组织部来了个年轻人》兼及“十七年”文学的复杂性

摘　　要：长期以来,学界对王蒙笔下的林震与刘世吾、韩常新三个人物性格的不同内蕴给予了较多的关注,却相对忽视了其精神性格中无形的“血缘”联系。林震面对现实大胆干预的激情有着刘世吾青年时代的性格侧影,刘世吾精神性格上的成熟与敏锐是林震性格未来的发展趋向,韩常新对林震在走向成熟过程中的指点迷津和批评帮助也是毋庸置疑的事实。他们在对厂长王清泉问题的处理上表现出或过于激进或趋于保守或等待时机的个性特点。人物之间思想性格上的复杂关系是小说矛盾、惶惑叙事情感生成的主要诱因。对党的不同类型工作者思想性格多重关系的探究,有助于引发人们对“十七年”文学复杂性内涵研究的进一步深化。For a long time,the academic circles has paid more attention to the different connotations of the characters of Lin Zhen,Liu Shiwu and Han Changxin in Wang Meng’s works,but relatively ignored the invisible"blood relationship"in their spiritual character.Lin Zhen’s passion for bold intervention in the face of reality has the character profile of Liu Shiwu in his youth,and the maturity and acuity of Liu Shiwu’s spiritual character is Lin Zhen’s future development trend,and there is no doubt that on Lin Zhen’s way to growth and maturity,Han Changxin’s guidance,criticism and help is a fact.The reactions of the three characters are either too radical or conservative or just abiding their time when confronting the handling of the matter of Wang Qingquan,the factory director.The complex relationship among the characters is the main inducement for the novel contradiction and the generation of confusion emotion of narration.This paper,which explores the multiple relationships among the ideological character of different types of Party workers,would be helpful to arouse people’s further thinking on the complexity connotation of"seventeen years"literature.
