水电集群调控分解协调关键耦合因子研究

摘  要:以大渡河流域梯级串联水电集群为研究对象,针对影响水资源控制与水电生产调度的时间延迟、库容调节能力、负荷波动、流量变化、安全风险要求等关键耦合因子进行分析,采用斯皮尔曼系数的加权朴素贝叶斯算法挖掘电站群联合调能分解协调优化策略中的关键耦合点。结果表明,下游电站的不规律调节与上游控制性龙头电站负荷波动频率呈正相关关系。调控中充分考虑该耦合因子,能提升作为研究主体的沙南电站负荷承担能力9.6%以上,并能保证水电集群运行的安全稳定性。Taking the cascade hydropower cluster in Dadu River Basin as an example,the key coupling factors affecting the water resources control and hydropower production operation are analyzed,including the time delay,storage regulation capacity,load fluctuation,flow variation and safety risk requirements.Then,the key coupling point in the decomposition and coordination optimization strategy of joint regulation of power plant cluster is determined by using the weighted naive Bayes algorithm with Spearman coefficient.The results show that the irregular regulation of the downstream power station and the load fluctuation frequency of the upstream leading power station are of a positive correlation.Thus,this key coupling factor should be fully considered in the dispatching.The optimized dispatching scheme can effectively increase the power generation capacity of the Shanan Hydropower Station with more than 9.6%,and also ensure the operation safety and stability of the hydropower cluster.
