摘  要:非洲某引水式水电站高压明钢管段在运行期出现数起严重变形破坏事故,根据对设计、施工与运行情况的详细调查分析,镇支墩间距偏大、镇墩基础承载力低且施工顺序不合理、钢管安装误差大,运行期操作不规范,长期24 h满负荷运行,缺少必要的检修养护,是压力管道变形及伸缩节破坏的主要原因。In the operation of a diversion-type hydropower station in Africa,several serious deformation damage accidents are encountered in the exposed high pressure penstock.Analysis on the design,construction and operation conditions of the penstock shows that the accidents are caused by several major reasons,including the excessive spacing of anchorage piers,low bearing capacity of the anchorage pier foundation,unreasonable construction sequence,large installation error of the penstock,non-standard operation,long-term 24-hour full load operation,and the lack of necessary maintenance.
