老挝南公1水电站开发方案的优化研究

摘  要:水电站的开发方案合理与否,对电站技术经济指标有较大影响。针对老挝南公1水电站地形地质、水文气象、生态保护、交通运输、建设环境等条件以及环保要求严的情况,通过现场调查、补勘及工程类比与分析等技术手段,对碾压混凝土重力坝、地面厂房与面板堆石坝、地下厂房两方案进行了系统研究论证,选择了综合效益最优的工程开发方案。从项目实施两年情况看,进一步验证和充分显现了方案的合理性。The reasonableness of the development plan of a hydropower station is of a great influence on the technical and economic performance.Considering the specific conditions and requirements of Nam Kong 1 Hydropower Station in Laos such as the topography and geology,hydrology and meteorology,ecological protection,transportation,construction environment and environmental protection,two different plans,i.e.roller compacted concrete gravity dam with ground powerhouse and concrete face rockfill dam with underground powerhouse,are analyzed and compared with field investigation,supplementary exploration and engineering analogy.The development plan with the better comprehensive benefits is selected.Practice of the project development in the last two years verifies the rationality of the plan.
