摘  要:着重探讨了单片机控制变压器实现容量自动切换的关键技术.系统以单片机为控制中心,通过监测变压器低压侧的电压、电流来判断变压器当前负荷,并与设定容量阈值进行比较,进行高、低容量档位之间的切换,实现节能目标.工作人员可利用系统中的无线数据传输模块实时读取变压器的运行参数,根据需要进行人工干预.系统以某小区为例进行了测量分析,验证了所提方案的可行性.系统具有节电显著、运行安全可靠、操作方便、制造成本低廉等特点.The paper emphatically discusses key technologies of the single chip microcomputer controlling transformer to realize automatic switching capacity.The system uses the single chip microcomputer as the control center,judges the current load of transformer by monitoring the voltage and current at the low voltage side of transformer,and compares with the setting capacity threshold value to switch between high and low capacity,so as to achieve the goal of saving energy.Staffs can use the wireless data transmission module in the system to read the operation parameters of the transformer in real time,and carry out manual intervention according to the needs.Taking a residential area as an example,the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified.The system has the characteristics of remarkable power saving,safe and reliable operation,convenient operation and low manufacturing cost.
