摘　　要：视频监控系统是大型公共建筑安防系统中的重要组成部分。随着科技的快速发展,传统的视频监控已不能满足人们对大型公共建筑安防系统的要求。针对该问题,开发了一套基于智能手机的远程多重防盗智能报警系统。该系统不仅具有自动报警检测功能,同时还可以在智能手机上进行监测,进而扩大了大型公共建筑的报警系统的应用范围。主要完成了对大型公共建筑远程多重防盗智能系统的总体设计,并应用背景差分法对系统进行了移动监测算法的研究。最后,对系统的测试结果进行了分析,得出设计的大型公共建筑远程多重智能防盗报警系统可在正常网络下流畅、清晰地播放监控视频,同时具有较高的适用性和通用性。video monitoring system is an important part of large public building security system.With the rapid development of science and technology,the traditional video monitoring system can not meet the requirements of people for large-scale public building security system.Aiming at this problem,this paper develops a set of remote multiple anti-theft intelligent alarm system based on smart phone.The system not only has the function of automatic alarm detection,but also can be monitored on smart phones,thus expanding the application range of alarm system in large public buildings.In this paper,the overall design of the remote multiple anti-theft intelligent system for large-scale public buildings is completed,and the mobile monitoring algorithm of the system is studied by using the background difference method.Finally,the test results of the system are analyzed,and it is concluded that the remote multi intelligent anti-theft alarm system for large public buildings designed in this paper can play the monitoring video smoothly and clearly under the normal network,and has high applicability and versatility.
