摘 要:为提高有创呼吸机停机后自动护理的启动速度,设计一个有创呼吸机停机后自动护理启动方法。通过吸潮气流量与呼吸频率计算,对患者呼吸状态进行判断,并增加了呼吸触发误判识别功能,确定有创呼吸机停机后自动护理启动状态,采用PI算法进行启动控制,以此完成有创呼吸机停机后自动护理启动。实验结果表明,此次研究的有创呼吸机停机后自动护理启动方法,在1分钟之内就能够及时启动自动护理功能,并且能够准确判断患者呼吸频率,满足了有创呼吸机停机后自动护理启动方法的设计需求,具备一定的实际应用意义。In order to improve the start-up speed of automatic care after the invasive ventilator is stopped,an automatic nursing start method is designed after the invasive ventilator stops.The patient’s breathing state is judged through the calculation of tidal flow and breathing frequency,and the function of recognizing respiratory trigger misjudgment is added to determine the automatic care start state after the invasive ventilator stops,and the PI algorithm is used to start control to complete invasive breathing automatic care start-up after the machine stops.The experimental results show that the automatic care starting method of the invasive ventilator in this study can start the automatic care function of the invasive ventilator in time within 1 minute after the invasive ventilator is shut down,and can accurately determine the patient’s breathing rate.The accuracy meets the design requirements of the automatic nursing start method after the invasive ventilator stops,and has certain practical application significance.
