基于“物”与“人”双因素视角下的南宁扬美村旅游发展新模式

摘　　要：旅游业对南宁市经济社会发展的贡献持续增强,发展古村落旅游对促进区域旅游扶贫、新农村建设、生态文明建设等方面起着举足轻重的作用。文章从“物”与“人”两个视角,运用AHP层次分析法构建南宁市扬美村古村落旅游资源评价指标体系并利用利益相关者理论分析扬美村核心利益者的利益诉求,阐述影响扬美村古村落旅游发展的双核心因素。围绕“全域旅游”与“产业融合”等社会经济发展新理念,构建出南宁市扬美村古村落旅游发展新模式,为其他古村落旅游发展提供新视角。Tourism industry is continuously increasing its contribution to the economic and social development of Nanning City,so development of historic village tourism plays a decisive role in promoting poverty alleviation by regional tourism,new rural construction and development of ecological civilization.From the two viewing points of“things”and“people”,this article constructs an indicator system for tourism resource assessment of Yangmei Village using analytical hierarchy process(AHP),analyzes interest demands of the key stakeholders using Stakeholder Theory and interprets the two core factors affecting historic village tourism development of Yangmei Village.By focusing on such new ideas of social&economic development as“all-for-one tourism”and“industry amalgamation”,it has constructed new local-characteristics-conforming model for development of historic village tourism in Yangmei Village of Nanning City and provided new viewing points for the same of oth⁃er historic villages.
