牵正散穴位贴敷结合浅刺治疗贝尔氏面瘫急性期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察牵正散穴位贴敷结合浅刺法治疗贝尔氏面瘫急性期的临床疗效方法将60例急性贝尔氏面瘫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗联合针灸浅刺治疗,观察组在此基础上加以牵正散穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗前后面神经功能分级(H-B)、改良Portmann(RPA)、面动脉血流动力学测定(Vs、Vd、RI)变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者H-B、改良RPA、Vs、Vd评分均提高,RI评分较前降低(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牵正散穴位贴敷结合浅刺治疗贝尔氏面瘫急性期较西医常规治疗联合浅刺可明显提高临床疗效、缩短病程。Obiective Observe the clinical efficacy of Oianzheng San acupoint application combined with shallow needling in treating Bell's facial paralysis in the acute phase.IViethods Mxty patients with acute Bell s facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with shallow acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was treated with Oianzheng San acupoint application on this basis.The changes in neurological function classification(H-B),modified Portmann(RPA),facial artery hemodynamic measurements(Vs,Vd,RI)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the H—B,modified RPA,Vs,and Vd scores of the two groups of patients increased,and the RI scores were lower than before(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statisticaUy significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oianzheng San acupoint application combined with shallow acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course of the disease compared with conventional Western medicine combined with shallow acupuncture.
