聚焦解决模式在高龄冠心病伴抑郁患者生活质量的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式在提高高龄冠心病伴抑郁患者生活质量的应用。方法选择2017年1月至2018年3月住院的老年患者,选择符合纳入标准的患者80例,根据数字表法,分为奇数对照组40例和偶数观察组40例。对照组按常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予聚焦解决模式护理。干预前、后采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和生活质量普适性量表(SF-36)得分进行比较,对比分析聚焦解决模式在提高高龄冠心病伴抑郁患者生活质量的临床应用价值。结果两组患者干预前SF-36评分与干预3个月、6个月后在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康方面各项数值比较均有显著改善,差异有统计学意艾(P<0.01);观察组在干预3个月、6个月后SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者依从性比较,观察组患者依从性达90%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间未出现病情持续加重、严重并发症或不良反应者。结论聚焦解决模式能有效缓解患者的抑郁情绪,树立积极乐观的心态,从而提高高龄冠心病伴抑郁患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the application of solution focused nursing in quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and depression.Methods 80 elderly patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected,and them were divided into odd number control group 40 cases and even number observation group 40 cases.The control group receiver conventional medicine treatment,and the observation group received focused solution nursing based on conventional medicine treatment.The patients were investigated with Self-rated Depression Scale(SDS)and the MOS item short from health survey(SF—36),the clinical value of solution focused nursing in quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and depression was analyzed.Results Compared with SF—36 before and after 3 and 6 months of intervention,both groups showed significant improvement in physical fiincrioning,role physical,bodily Pain,general health,vitality,social Rinctioning,role emotional,mental health,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The SDS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group after 3 and 6 months of intervention(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the compliance of the observation group reach 90%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the two groups did not have continuous deterioration of the disease,serious complications or adverse reactions.Conclusion Solution focused nursing can effectively alleviate the depression of patients,establish a positive and optimistic attitude,thus improving the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease with depression.
