LuxG强脉冲光治疗面部雀斑的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价Palomar LuxG强脉冲光治疗雀斑的疗效性和安全性。方法采用Palomar LuxG强脉冲光对40例面部雀斑的患者进行治疗,治疗间隔为4周,疗程为3次,治疗结束后毎6个月随访1次至24个月,观察治疗后及随访期间飭临床疗效,并对患者进行满意度调查。结果40例患者经3次治疗后,其中38例治疗有效,有效率达95%,对38例治疗有效的患者随访至24个月,复发率为42.11%,满意度随着治疗次数的增加而增加,随着随访时间的延长而下降。结论Palomar LuxG强脉冲光治疗雀斑疗效确切,过程安全,不良反应小,但不能阻止雀斑复发,影响患者的满意度,需要联合治疗才能达到更好的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light of Palomar LuxG in treatment of facial freckles.Methods The 40 patients were depilated by intense pulsed light of Palomar LuxG for 3 times and the interval was 4 weeks.Patients were followed-up every six months up to 24 months.The effects were observed and the patient's satisfaction was surveyed after treatment and the follow 24 moths.Results After 3 times treatment,of 40 cases,38 cases were effective,the rate of effectiveness was 95.0 percent.The rate of recurrence was 42.11 percent after 24 months.The satisfaction increased with the number of treatment,decreased with the extension of follow-up time.Conclusion Intense pulsed light of Palomar LuxG is effective in the treatment of facial freckles,process safety,adverse reaction,but could not prevent freckles from recurring,affect patients?satisfaction,need joint treatment to achieve better clinical efficacy.
