银杏达莫注射液联合谷胱甘肽治疗老年AKI的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银杏达莫注射液联合谷胱甘肽治疗老年性急性肾损伤(AKI)的疗效。方法102例年龄>60岁的患者随机分成两组。对照组50例,仅纠正病因及对症支持治疗。治疗组52例,在此基础上加用谷胱甘肽针1200 mg加入生理盐水250 nil,静脉滴注1次/d,银杏达莫针30 mg加入生理盐水250 ml,静脉滴注1次/d,均连用10 do所有患者如存在透析指征时行血液透析治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后血肌軒(Scr)、血尿氮素(BUN)、尿N-乙酰-R-D-氨基葡萄糖昔酶(NAG)、尿1-微球蛋白(1-MG)水平,比较两组治疗期间少尿期、多尿期持续时间、肌肝持续时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组患者经处理后Scr、BUN、尿NAG、1-MG相应时间内均低于对照组,前者少尿期、多尿期及Scr恢复时间均短于后者,总有效率高于后者,结论银杏达莫注射液联合谷胱甘肽可有效促进老年AKI肾功能恢复,改善预后。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Ginkqo-damole injection and glutathione on senile acute kidney injury(AKI).Methods 102 patients over 60 years old were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the control group,50 cases were treated with only correct etiology and symptomatic support.In the treatment group,52 cases were added with glutathione needle 1200 mg and physiological saline 250nil,once per day intravenous drip,Ginkqo-damole injection 30 mg and physiological saline 250nil,once per day intravenous drip,all for 10 days.All patients were treated with hemodialysis treatment if dialysis evidence existed.The levels of serum creatinine(Scr),hematuria nitrogen(BUN),urine N-acetyl-P-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)and urine 1-microglobulin(1-MG)were detected before and after treatment in the two groups,and the oliguric phase,duration of polyuria phase,duration of creatinine and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,Scr,BUN,urine NAG and 1-MG in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group within the corresponding time.The former was shorter in oliguria,polyuria and Scr recovery time than the latter.The total effective rate was higher than the latter.Conclusion Ginkqo-damole injection and glutathione can effectively promote the recovery of senile AKI renal function and improve prognosis.
