中青年血液透析患者动静脉内瘘自我护理行为与家庭功能的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查中青年血液透析患者动静脉内瘘自我护理行为与家庭功能的关系。方法采用便利抽样法选取236例中青年动静脉内瘘患者为观察对象,运用中文版动静脉内屡自我护理行为量表和家庭功能状况评定量表进行调查。结果动静脉内瘘自我护理行为总分为(46.29±4.31)分,家庭功能得分为(5.23±1.88)分,处于中等水平Pearson相关分析显示,患者自我护理行为与家庭功能总分及各维度得分均正相关(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,文化程度、透析龄、每周透析次数和家庭功能是动赫脉内痿患者自我护理行为的影响因素。结论动静脉内瘘患者家庭功能对自我护理行为具有正向预测作用,家庭功能越好的患者动静脉内瘘的自我护理行为越好。Objective To investigate the relationship between self-care behavior and family function of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with arteriovenous fistula were selected by the convenience sampling method.The Chinese version of arteriovenous fistula self-care behavior scale and family function self-assessment scale were used for questionnaire survey.Results The total score of selfcare behavior of arteriovenous fistula was(46.29±4.31)points.The total score of family fiinction was(5.23±1.88),which was in the middle level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that patients self-care behaviors were positively correlated with total family function scores and scores in all dimensions(P<0.05).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that education level,Dialysis age,number of dialysis sessions per week and family function were the influencing factors of self-care behavior in patients with arteriovenous fistula.Conclusion The family fiinction of patients with arteriovenous fistula has a predictive effect on self-care behavior.The patients with better family fiinction have better self-care behavior of arteriovenous fistula.
