清肝化瘀方联合前列地尔治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肝化瘀方联合前列地尔治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者40例,按随机数字表法分为两组各20例。两组均予保肝、降酶、退黄等基础治疗,对照组加用前列地尔10μg静滴,治疗组在对照组基础上予清肝化瘀方口服。疗程4周,治疗前及治疗2周、4周后记录并比较两组症状积分、肝功能(TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST)变化情况、住院天数及总胆红素复常时间。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组均能改善患者症状积分、肝功能水平、住院天数、TBIL复常天数,且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:清肝化瘀方联合前列地尔治疗急性黄疸型病毒性肝炎疗效确切,可改善患者症状,促进肝细胞修复及胆红素代谢。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qinggan Huayu recipe and alprostadil on viral hepatitis of acute jaundice type.Methods:40 cases of selected patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups by random number table method,20 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment such as liver protection,degrading enzyme and eliminating jaundice,etc.On the basis of this,the control group was treated plus with 10ug alprostadil(by intravenous drip),while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Qinggan Huayu recipe on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before treatment and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,symptom score,change of liver function(TBIL,DBIL,ALT,AST),course of disease and time of bilirubin recovering to normal were recorded and compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 85.00%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Both groups could improve the symptom score,liver function level and hospitalized days of patients,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qinggan Huayu recipe and alprostatil on viral hepatitis of acute jaundice type is definite,which can improve the symptoms of patients,promote the repair of liver cell and the metabolism of bilirubin.
