推拿罐干预椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿罐治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选择椎动脉型颈椎病患者108例,运用简单随机法分为两组各54例,治疗组予推拿罐治疗4次,对照组予针刺治疗10天,两组均治疗1个疗程。评估两组治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表ESCV评分情况及脑供血指标,并判断疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.71%,对照组总有效率为79.17%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗后,两组ESCV总分均改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);其中治疗组颈性眩晕症状评分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组BA、LVA、RVA的Vm测值有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),两组间BA的Vm测值有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗前后BA、LVA、RVA的PI、RI变化均不明显(P﹥0.05)。结论:推拿罐干预椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,能改善临床症状及椎-基底动脉血流速度,优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage cupping on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods:108 cases of selected patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by massage cupping 4 times,while the control group was treated by acupuncture for 10 days.The scores of Evaluation Scale for Symptoms and Function of Cervical Vertigo(ESCV)as well as the cerebral blood supply indexes,were evaluated in two groups before and after treatment.The curative effect was judged.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.71%,while the total effective rate of control group was 79.17%.;compared the total effective rate between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).After treatment,the total scores of ESCV were improved in both groups,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);among scores of ESCV,the improvement of score of cervical vertigo symptoms in treatment group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the measured Vm values of BA,LVA and RVA were significantly enhanced in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);between two groups,the measured Vm value of BA was statistically different(P﹤0.05).Before and after treatment in two groups,the changes of PI and RI of BA,LVA and RVA were not significant(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of massage cupping on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is definite,which can improve the clinical symptoms and the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery.In the treatment,massage cupping is better than pure acupuncture.
