摘 要:防锈剂保护技术是一种广泛采用的金属防腐蚀技术,试验以山梨醇、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、硼酸、碳酸钠为主要原料制备水基环保防锈剂。试验主要考察反应温度、原料用量配比、防锈剂稀释质量分数对防锈效果的影响,同时采用盐雾试验与车间自然环境下测试防锈实际效果。本制备工艺简单,成本较低,所制备防锈剂效果良好,使用方便。Antirust protection technology is a widely used metal anti-corrosion technology. Environmentally friendly water-based antirust agent was prepared by using sorbitol, triethanolamine, sodium benzoate, boric acid, sodium carbonate as the main raw materials. The influence of reaction temperature, ratio of raw material dosage and mass fraction of antirust agent on antirust effect was mainly investigated in the test. Meanwhile, salt spray test and workshop natural environment were used to test the actual antirust effect. The preparation process is simple, the cost is low, the prepared antirust agent has good effect and is easy to use.
