摘  要:介绍了碳五原料中硫的形态和深度脱硫的方法。对3组不同硫质量分数的异戊二烯进行聚合评价,分析了硫质量分数对异戊橡胶产品性能的影响。结果表明:随着异戊二烯硫质量分数的增大,聚合转化率降低,干胶相对分子质量分布变宽,焦烧时间、正硫化时间缩短,硫化速度加快,老化性能变差。The form of sulfur in C5 raw materials and the method of deep desulfurization were introduced. The polymerization of three groups of isoprene with different sulfur content was evaluated,and the effect of sulfur content on the properties of isoprene rubber products was analyzed. The results showed that,with the increase of isoprene sulfur content, the polymerization conversion rate decreased, the molecular weight distribution of dry adhesive widened, the coking time and positive vulcanization time were shortened, the vulcanization speed was accelerated, and the aging performance was deteriorated.
